Booking Procedure & Cancellation Policy

Booking Procedure : To make a reservation we require payment in full. A fax or email will be sent to you to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: In the event you need to cancel, a 14 day cancellation notice is required. Your deposit will be refunded back to you less a 10% or $200 which ever is greater. No cancellations during Holidays or special events. The completion and return of our credit card authorization form indicates your acceptance and understanding of the cancellation policy.

Goverment Tax : Please note that all Villa rentals are subject to a 10% goverment tax. This tax will be payable at the time the balance is paid on your reservation.
